With a deep background in management consulting, process improvement, and conversation AI, Kayla Singer has led a digital transformation and built powerfully capable outsourced teams.


When leading the digital transformation of a 30 year-old DTC business with an antiquated experience, Kayla discovered her deep passion for customers and  transforming the customer experience.


By upgrading technology, leveraging AI and leading the team on how to build deeper relationships with customers, Kayla replaced a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm domestic service team with an educated, experienced 24/7 outsourced team - at lower cost. While she leveraged data, analytics, training and technology tools to enhance the customer experience, the most important result was much happier customers who wanted to buy more.


Her process starts with customer interviews, benchmarking best-in-class service, developing a business plan and execution. She has built a capable and growing team across customer service, reviews, accounting, marketplace and more. She loves the opportunity to partner with companies and executives who thrive on winning with customers.
